Enrollment Process
Thank you for considering our school, we are so excited to welcome your family to our nature loving, Montessori enthused community! 🌿 Below you will find details about application and enrollment process.
Step 1: Attend an Event
All prospective families must first attend a Prospective Family Session or Open House (children welcome!) before turning in an application for placement. At the Prospective Parent Sessions and Open Houses, you will hear about our programs from our Head of School, tour our campus and classrooms, meet our administrative and teaching team, and voice any questions or concerns.
RSVP — We ask that you RSVP to the event by submitting the linked form.
Upcoming Events — Please see our “Calendar and Events” page for information on our next session.
Tours — As we do not want to disrupt the children, we do not offer tours while class is in session. Tours are available to families with an accepted application.
Step 2: Submit an Application
Once you have attended an event, you will be invited to submit an application. After we have your completed application a $100 application fee, you will be contacted by our office, pertaining to placement availability.
After you have attended an event at our school, we invite you to apply via the application below.
We will not consider any applications received prior to event attendance.

Step 3: Enrollment or Waitlist
Enrollment
After you have attended an event and submitted an application and application fee (via Brightwheel), our office will contact you regarding placement availability. If placement is available for your child and you choose to move forward with enrolling your child for the proposed program and start date, our office will process a $500 enrollment deposit to secure your spot and provide you with any additional paperwork to secure enrollment at our schools.
Waitlist
In order to be placed on our waitlist, parents must attend an event and then submit an application and application fee.
If after attending an event and then submitting an application and application fee, our office confirms that placement in a particular program or on a particular start date is not available at the time of your application, or if you would like to defer any offered enrollment, you can choose to be placed on our waitlist. When placement becomes available, our office will contact you with an offer for enrollment.
We are so excited to meet you, introduce you to our beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, and share our love for nature-based Montessori education! ✨
